The Business:
CDG business basically is cross-LoB driven and support all TW's line of business including T&R, Benefits, RCS and investment. CDG focus on client development to use client development skills to develop client relationship, identify client's needs and propose consulting solutions. CDG is one of the critical teams to build profitable, long-term client relationship.
The Role:
You will work beside some of the industry's top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.
Over time and as you gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for clients, taking on larger roles within the team.
Performance Objectives:
Client
?client satisfaction (feedback and number of meetings), addressing actions from client feedback

?geographic penetration, buyer hub penetration, expanding relationship map
Excellence
?Complete annual client business plan
?Conduct regular team meetings
?number of ICF and blue sky meetings
?Complete internal/external case studies, securing client references
?Keep CIS records up to date
Financial
?Revenue growth/ profitability/ cash collection targets
?Billable hours target
?Sales credit targets
People
?Acting as a role model to other client facing associates
?Mentoring junior associates client management best practices
