1、产品架构设计，指导相关技术团队实现设计，规划平台未来技术架构方向；

2、进行全局性和前瞻性的架构设计，以及技术细节的实现，推动周边系统和相关团队完成架构落地，解决业务发展遇到的架构问题，持续提升系统平台稳定性；
3、带领技术部团队，对整个项目的产品开发质量、安全、进度以及运维响应负责；
4、指导并参与核心代码的书写，组织解决项目开发过程中的重大技术问题；
5、负责技术人才梯队建设与管理。

任职要求：
1、10年以上Java研发和软件设计经验；
2、5年以上高并发大系统设计与研发经验，有支付金融方面的经验优先；
3、精通spring等主流开源框架，tomcat/jboss等应用服务器及持续集成等自动化方案；
4、熟悉大规模系统的负载均衡、缓存、网络安全、数据库高可用设计及性能评估机制；
5、具备良好的系统分析能力，良好的抽象思维和逻辑思维能力，独立分析问题解决问题的能力；
6、对金融行业有一定的业务理解，对架构治理有一定的认知；
7、可承受较大压力，有责任感，较强的沟通协调能力，具有团队合作精神,能带领团队进行主要产品的研发。

有以下条件符合者，优先考虑
加分项：
1、熟悉主流区块链平台架构各项技术指标以及优缺点，对区块链行业发展有独到见解；
2、英语听说读写流利，英语能作为工作语言者优先；
3、有供应链金融行业或者支付金融方面的工作经验者优先；
4、具有良好的沟通交流和协作能力，善于发现问题和解决问题。

CTO

Responsibility：

1. Product architecture design, manage related technical teams to achieve targets, and foresee the future technical architecture direction of the platform;

2. Carry out global and forward-looking architecture design and the realization of technical details, and promote the implementation of surrounding systems and related teams to complete the implementation of the architecture, solve the architectural problems encountered in business development, and continuously improve the stability of the system platform;

3. Lead the technical department team and be responsible for the product development quality, safety, progress and operation and maintenance response of the entire project;

4. Guide and participate in the writing of core code, and organize to solve major technical problems in the project development process;

5. Responsible for the construction and management of technical talent echelon.

Job Requirements:

1. 10+ years of Java R & D and software design experience;

2. More than 5 years of experience in designing and researching large-scale systems with high concurrency, and experience in“payment finance” is preferred;

3. Proficient in mainstream open source frameworks such as spring, application servers such as tomcat / jboss, and automation solutions such as continuous integration;

4. Familiar with load balancing, caching, network security, database high availability design and performance evaluation mechanism of large-scale systems;

5. Equipped with good system analysis ability, abstract and logical thinking ability, ability to independently analyze and solve problems;

6. Have a certain business understanding of the financial industry and a certain understanding of architecture governance;

7, can withstand greater pressure, a sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability, with a team spirit, can lead the team to carry out research and development of main products.

Those who meet the following conditions are preferred:

1. Familiar with the technical indicators, advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream Blockchain platform architecture, and have unique insights into the development of the Blockchain industry;

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English as a working language is preferred;

3. Working experience in the supply chain finance industry or payment finance is preferred;

4. Good communication and collaboration skills, good at foresee problems and solving problems.
