Graphic Designer-平面设计/结构设计：

Responsibilities

?Study design briefs and determine requirements.

?Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

?Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

?Develop packaging concepts, ideas, product illustrations, logos and other designs using software.

?Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

?Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.

?Test graphics across various media.

?Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

?Lead the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes.

?Evaluate and implement creative consumer and market trends for packaging materials.

?Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, especially graphic designers and copywriters, to create eye-catching designs.

?Present designs to stakeholders using sketches and design software.

?Ensure successful representation of brands.

?Redesign prototypes based on feedback.

Requirements

?1-3 years in toys package design experience, as Jr. Graphic Designer. 3-5 years as Graphic Designer, 5-10 years as Sr. Graphic Designer. 

?Experience with children product design.

?Familiarity with different packaging materials, and ability to create dielines and prototypes.

?Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

?Strong interpersonal abilities and project management skills.

?Ability to create innovative and unique functional materials that engage consumers.

?A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

?Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written English communication abilities. 

?A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics with a variety of samples that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of market and consumer trends. 

?Ability:                                           

?To methodically meet fast-paced deadlines.

?To work and coordinate with a dynamic team, including US Graphic Designer, Toys Designer, Toys Project Engineer to work together and ensure the design quality and timing.

?Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and rectify mistakes.

?Acute sense of relevant, unique and innovative Western color and custom.

?Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software programs, Illustrator, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) photography acumen.

?Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

?Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

?Understanding of marketing, production, website design, style guides, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

?Ability to take style guides and create unique, innovative package designs.

?Experience with package design, including creating dielines and prototypes, is a must.

?Must be very organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
