Position Summary

1.Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of various accounting information for use by management.

2.Develops and recommends solutions to complex accounting problems, which requires a thorough understanding and knowledge of accounting concepts and the ERP Accounting system.

Major Responsibilities

3. Reviews and verifies the accounting vouchers and attached supporting documents to verify accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.

4. Review and verifies the accuracy of financial statements and reconciliations.

5. Perform month-end financial close to make sure it runs smoothly and the financial results generated correctly

6. Develops, revises and installs accounting and reporting systems, procedures and controls.

7. Provides statistical and other financial information required by government.

8. Prepares measurement reports;

9. Other responsibilities assigned by management as needed

10.Facilitate /Coordinate the completion of Corporate/local statutory Accounting/Reporting with high qualify by month.

11. Work closely with different functional teams and business process owners to support business and simplify process

Qualification & Skills

Education

1.Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent education & qualification

Experience

1.At least 3 years working experience in Accounting and Financial reporting with multi-national company in manufacturing site; Familiar with US GAAP.

2. Knowledgeable for the whole accounting cycle;

3.SAP/Oracle experience is preferred

4. Experience of working at top 4 accounting firm is preferable

General Skills

1. Good command of English

2. Good financial analytical abilities

3.Good computer skill, especially Excel and PowerPoint

4. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn; can work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline

5. High attention to details; self-motivated and team player
