1.负责公司产品的到货上架、缺货下架工作、售价调整、list制作；
2、围绕销售模块，针对市场销售情况、竞争对手进行基础研究分析：
3、 负责在ebay平台及时回复客户邮件,提供售前咨询,售后服务。
4、 处理客户投诉及中差评，对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理。
5、 积极认真完成上级交办的任务
职位要求：
1 英语熟练，有很强的语言组织能力。
2. 通过邮件及时回复外国客户所提及的问题与咨询。
3. 沟通能力强，要具备有分析解决实际问题的能力。
4 懂网络销售，有eBay相关工作经验者或其他网络平台的营销管理维护经验者优先
5. 做事细心认真、思维敏捷，脚踏实地，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳。有团队精神，服从公司的工作安排
