岗位职责：

1、协助部门总监完成机构业务部全年指标；

2、负责营业部PB业务开拓：与各类PB业务渠道沟通、拜访，关系维护；

3、与分公司机构金融部、总部资产托管部对接，促进营业部PB业务的顺利开展；

5、清楚了解基金业协会及公司托管部等对PB业务的最新政策解读；

6、营业部总经理及部门总监交办的其他工作；

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，有证券、银行、私募公司、上市公司等从业经历或具有相关营销工作经历者优先；具备机构客户服务与开发工作经历并拥有一定客户资源者优先；

2、具备证券从业资格证 ；

3、具备良好的口头表达能力和沟通能力，有吃苦耐劳，积极向上的工作态度，性格热情开朗，形象气质佳，待人友善，具备较强的服务意识和团队合作精神 ，有较强的工作责任心，热爱本职工作，热爱证券行业！立志长期致力于金融证券行业。
