一、岗位职责:

1、公司提供渠道或自主开发渠道，发展有意愿投资于证券市场的客户；

2、与银行等其他金融机构、网络平台、三方财富公司、高端社区进行合作洽谈，开发零售业务客户；

3、为客户提供投资建议、资产配置等建议；

4、借助公司平台开展除传统的股票、理财产品、期货业务外的融资融券、股票质押或约定式购回融资、中小企业私募债、资产管理专户理财等多元化业务。

二、聘用条件：

1、年龄35周岁（含）以下，有客户资源的优先录用；

2、学历本科（含）以上，重本院校优先；

3、通过证券从业资格考试，具备证券从业资格；

4、从事证券及金融相关行业工作两年以上者优先；

5、认同公司文化，沟通学习能力强，有营销和服务意识，具有开拓精神、自信心和责任感；

6、无法律法规、证监会、证券业协会及公司规章制度规定不得从业的其他情形；
