职位描述

· 与人力资源代理及财务合作，负责每月薪资核算、工资明细制作及付款等工作

· 与人力资源代理合作，负责公司各分支机构的每月社保公积金缴纳

· 员工补充福利管理

· 为HR SSC提供支持，包括合同更新、开具人事证明、员工档案维护、休假系统管理、员工离职流程、本地员工的工作许可办理以及HR相关报告等

· 其他人事日常工作

· 人力资源经理分配的其他临时任务

任职要求

· 学士学位，具有5年跨国公司工作经验和薪酬福利经验者优先

· 良好的英语读写能力

· 熟悉Microsoft软件（Excel，Word和PPT等）

· 责任心强

· 积极主动
