岗位职责：
?Manage the delivery of several concurrent high visibility projects, features and products using agile / lean methods in a fast-paced environment, with teams located across 7 countries
?Remove impediments and enable quality deliveries within agreed timelines
?Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
?Define and manage project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best agile / lean practices, encouraging a mindset of experimentation, constant learning and adaptation
? Enforce and optimize existing prioritization processes, making sure all teams are focused only on the most impactful projects
?Build and maintain good relationships across the organization to positively influence team members to follow your directions
?Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans
?Support product managers in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and managing stakeholder communications
?Work closely with JOOX content, operations, design, development, sales, business development, marketing and management teams to prioritize and focus execution on the most impactful projects
?Support the outline of clear objectives, KPIs and ROIs, report on project post-launch performance, learnings and next steps
?Standardize processes across the region, coaching the organization to adapt where needed

岗位要求：
?5+ years of related experience on Digital Projects Management, within mobile apps organizations, publishers, digital agencies, digital media outlets or e-commerce websites
?Successful experience managing complex digital projects with multi-function teams
?Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, or fields related to digital products/services/media/arts. MBA is a plus
?Advanced knowledge in traditional and agile project management principles and practices
?Effective communication & leadership skills to influence and lead those involved with each stage of the projects and get things done
?Ability to focus on specific goals while also multi-task
?Out-of-the box thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving, data-driven and able to execute on high-level of detail
?Energetic, creative and resilient with a passion to work in an ever-changing industry with highly dynamic people
?Fluent in English (Thai or Mandarin are a plus), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Comfortable working within a multinational team
