Established in 1996, we are a mold maker professionally involved in designing and manufacturing of plastic mold and die casting mold.

其中注塑模包括：两板模，三板模，多穴模具, 热流道模具,包胶模, 双色模等
压铸模包含；铝合金、镁合金、锌合金。
The plastic injection molds include: 2 plates mold, 3 plates mold, multi-cavity mold, hot runner mold, over mold, 2K mold .etc…
Die casting molds include Aluminum alloy, Magnesium Alloy, and Zinc Alloy

研发团队Engineering Team
我们拥有一支由52人组成的经验丰富实力强大工程团队， 具备着雄厚的模具设计实力和丰富的项目管理经验， 一切以客户需求为导向去提供2D和3D模图设计。在模具的设计与制造中采纳了Unigraphics(UG), Pro/Engineer, Solidworks, CATIA设计3D图纸，AutoCAD 2D设计图纸。CNC 编程使用 UG, PowerMill ， 等先进的工程设计软件、多样化绘图软件，设计制造了各种大中型高精密的注塑模、压铸模。
We build a strong engineering team consisting of 52 experienced engineers. All of them have extensive experience in mold design and project management. In accordance with the customers’ requirements, we provide both 2D and 3D mold design. Many kinds of software are applied during designing and making process. UG, Pro/E, Solidworks, Catia are used in 3D modeling. AutoCAD is used in 2D modeling. We use UG, PowerMill for CNC programming. The application of diverse software helps us build different sizes and precision molds.

每一个项目，公司都为客户安排了经验丰富的生产工程师，他们将结合客户的产品为每一个零件进行最优化的生产工艺安排，利用最合适的设备，打造最完美的模具。同时，项目团队流畅的外语沟通能力，也提高了反应速度和工作效率。
We also make good use of CAE and Moldflow software to check and decide the best solution for gating, filling and cooling, thus designing the molds with most suitable structures, meeting customers’ requirements of quality and surface. The flexibilities in design cater to different needs from customers.

Each project will be followed up by experienced project engineers. The engineers will determine the best manufacturing technique and most suitable equipments for each individual project to build excellent molds. What’s more, the fluent English communication ability enhances working efficiency.

生产实力Manufacturing Capacity
公司在生产过程中，严格遵循制造流程图，并配合进度汇报表控制项目生产进度，从生产到交付，保证为客户提供优质的模具、高效的交货时间。
During the whole mold manufacturing process, we strictly follow the manufacturing flow chart, build a weekly progress report to control the project progress. From production to delivery, we are committed to providing molds with high-quality and fast delivery time.

先进的生产设备是企业发展的基础。为缩短模具的生产周期，提高生产效率，公司也在持续不断的提高自己的装备水平。
恒易源从美国、德国、瑞士和日本等国家引进先进设备，拥有电脑锣设备 18台，包括大型龙门机2台, 加工尺寸可达3100*1600*1100mm。高速机5台，其中德马吉森精机速度可达42000 RPM。

火花机设备18台，其中大型双头火花机2台、 阿奇夏米尔镜面火花机4台,精密火花机6台。

大型飞模机1台
4台注塑机,吨位从160吨~800吨不等。

The advanced manufacturing equipments are the foundation for enterprise development. To shorten the mold manufacturing lead time and improve the efficiency, we import advanced equipments from America, Germany, Switzerland, and Japan. We never stop updating our equipments.

Now we have 18 sets of CNC. Among them, there are 2 Gantry CNC machines with machining stroke of 3100*1600*1100mm, 5 sets high speed CNC, the DMG-Mori Seiki speed can reach 42000 RPM

18 sets of EDM machine, 2 large size 2-axis EDM machines, 4 AgieCharmilles mirror EDM machines, 6 sets precision EDM machines

1 large fitting machine
4 injection machines with clamping force range from 160T to 800T.

这些机器设备可以保证公差在0.02mm以内。
The accuracy that can assured by these facilities is within 0.02mm.

We take quality as our lifeline. Strict inspection is the guarantee of high quality. We are strictly performed in accordance with the TS 16949, ISO9001, and ISO 14001 requirements. Every tryout parts will be inspected through CMM, Projector, height gauge. In order to realize the goal of “zero defects”, we control the quality at each step of manufacturing.
