以下是对 SQE,QC(供应商品质工程师)的职位描述:

For this role, we require you to have a strong hands-on knowledge of metrology tasks, tools and setup. We require you to be willing to travel often to our suppliers to execute QC tasks on critical products, report back to HQ and take responsibility for the resolution of all issues that arise from this job.

We also require you to create and maintain physical and electronic archives to record samples history and make sure our documentation is always up-to-date between us and our manufacturing partners.

Role duties and tasks

Contribute to the development of Annex Products quality system. Specifically:

· Defining QC processes for both internal staff and external vendors

· Running inspection and driving QC tasks at our supplier’s sites

· Create tools (forms, templates, jigs and fixtures) to implement the above

· Liaise with Suppliers to resolve conflicts and take responsibility to carry that on fully

· Liaise with Engineering department (both local and overseas) to improve technical documentation

· Responsible for creating and maintaining physical and electronic archives to capture and record the history of products being manufactured.

· Responsible for ensuring engineering documentation is kept up to date and in sync throughout the supply chain

Requirements and Skills:

· Minimum 3 years experiences in QC roles of injection moulded, machining or consumer goods products. Ideally in a high of volume environment

· Good knowledge and understanding of metrology tools and methodologies.

· Able to setup inspection jigs and systems

· Able to design jigs and select appropriate tools for jobs.

· Able to interpret CTQ (critical to quality) requirements from 2D drawings or other engineering specifications

· Knowledge / Experience of standard QC methods for cosmetic and functional requirement

· Understanding of statistical analysis and practical implementation of those concepts in a high volume manufacturing environment

· Ability to use 3D and 2D software (Solidworks)

· Good verbal and written English ability

· Driving license a plus
