岗位职责：

1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划；

2、负责对子公司/海外销售团队组织结构的搭建和全面管理；

3、完成国外分公司的销售目标、完善销售模式；

4、负责子公司日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

5、负责组织的销售运作，包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨；

6、定期了解所处地域其它同业对手的市场手段、组织运作等重要信息，进行归纳分析并向总部提出对营运的具体建议；

7、协助目的港货物清关；

8、与国外清关代理保持良好合作关系。

任职资格：

1、专科及以上学历，英语听说读写熟练，有从事国际货运工作经验者优先；

2、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀；

3、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

4、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力。

Job Responsibility：

1、Responsible for main objectives and plans of the sales area;

2、Responsible for the establishment and overall management of the branch company and overseas sales teams;

3、Achieve sales goals of oversea branch companies and improve the sales model;

4、Responsible for daily operation of the branch company and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the whole staff;

5、Responsible for the organization's sales operations, including planning, organizing, procedure control and its review;

6、Regular study of the local competitors’ marketing management and team operation; offering detailed and feasible advice on marketing and operation to HQ through summarizing and analysis.

7、Assist the customs clearance of goods at the destination port.

8、Maintaining sound relationships with oversea customs clearance agents.

Job Qualification：

1、College degree or above; good command of English; experience in international freight forwarding would be preferred.

2、Rich customer resources and sound relationships with them, outstanding performance.

3、Excelling at market analysis, marketing, interpersonal communication, business coordinating and problem solving.

4、Strong leadership with ambitious enterprise.
