岗位职责：

1. 标准制定：制定企业内技术规范及手册；协同外协资源编写及推进行业标准；

2. 规范落地：落实各类技术规范，确保技术人员的规范意识。

3. 技术规划：依据企业战略，规划企业技术发展路线；

4. 资源协同：合理的组织与协同各类技术外协资源，提升企业综合技术实力；

5. 负责组织管理；
6. 贯彻执行上级安排的各项临时性工作任务；

7. 负责新研发项目的完整技术实现。

8. 负责公司知识产权保护、专利申请与维护。

任职要求：

1. 本科学历，机电一体化、机械设计、材料工程类等相关专业:

2. 经过ISO9001，IATF16949，ISO14001，SA8000等专业培训。

3. 五年以上电子烟产品设计经验，或类似电子制造服务行业十年以上同等管理经验。;

4. 擅长产品的技术实现、熟悉产品设计及产品技术实现流程;

5. 卓越的计划、绩效、组织、制定规格的能力、分析能力，逻辑思维能力;

6. 熟练的英文听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言.

Responsibilities of Product Engineering Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Standard formulation: formulation of technical specifications and manuals within enterprises; collaboration with external resources to compile and promote industry standards;

2. Normative landing: Implementing all kinds of technical specifications to ensure the normative consciousness of technical personnel.

3. Technological Planning: Planning the technological development route of the enterprise according to the enterprise strategy;

4. Resource synergy: rationally organize and synergize all kinds of technology outsourcing resources to enhance the comprehensive technological strength of enterprises;

5. Responsible for organization and management;

6. Implementing temporary tasks arranged by superiors;

7. Be responsible for the complete technical implementation and realization of new R&D projects.

8. Responsible for intellectual property protection, patent application and maintenance of the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electrical integration, mechanical design, material engineering, etc.

2. Through professional training such as ISO 9001, IATF 166949, ISO 14001, SA8000, etc.

3. More than 5 years experience in electronic cigarette product design, or 10 years experience in similar electronic manufacturing service industry. ;

4. Be good at product technology realization, familiar with product design and product technology implementation process;

5. Excellent planning, performance, organization, specification-setting ability, analytical ability, logical thinking ability;

6. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. English can be used as a working language.
