岗位职责：

1、确保货物运输过程顺利

2、熟悉进出口报关流程，负责进出口货物的报关，查验及各种单证的审核和制作

3、确保能满足并及时处理所有客户的要求

4、与其他部门保持有效沟通，保证货物运输顺畅，遇到问题及时反馈

5、全程对货物进行跟踪并及时将货物的最新情况反馈给客户和同事

6、根据客户要求准备月度报告

7、完成上级交办的其他特殊任务和项目

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历

2、至少5年的货代空运经验以及3年的货代客服或相关职位经验

3、良好的沟通技巧

4、良好的英语和普通话水平

5、良好的PC技能,包括但不限于Microsoft Word 和 Excel
