岗位职责：

1、协助运营对亚马逊账号全面管理工作，工作内容主要负责产品在亚马逊网店日常运营，进行产品资料(包括图片和英文描述)上传和在线产品维护，优化listing，优化关键词，制定产品营销计划，对产品进行站内站外推广，以提高网店浏览量和转化率。

2、协助运营定期针对店铺推广效果进行跟踪、评估，推广效果统计分析报表，对店铺及产品的访问量，转化率数据进行分析和有效运作。

3、提高店铺产品、店铺、类别搜索综合排名，包括店铺商品标题关键字、等各类活动营销推广。

4、要有创新能力，富有激情和创意，不断寻找新思路，新方法，提高公司电子商务平台的知名度；

5、了解亚马逊规则，根据店内产品属性，制定有效的店内各种折扣活动、营销活动并跟进执行细节。

6、协助运营制定每个月销售目标，并能有效的分解到每周执行有效销售计划。

7、关注亚马逊平台产品动态，分析产品前景，评估市场容量，协助开发部门开发具有市场潜力、适合在亚马逊平台销售的新产品、热销产品、新产品线。

8、领导交待的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、应届毕业生，有相关经验者优先考虑。

2、英语6级及以上，书写流利，能独立回复英语邮件。

3、沟通能力强，能用独立解决各种售后问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等。

4、工作主动有热情，勤奋好学，灵活细致，认真耐心，具有高度责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。

5、有团队精神和服务意识，为人诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，较强的学习能力、应变能力，对电子商务外贸有兴趣和激情。

岗位待遇：

1.基本工资+提成+社保五险+职位晋升。

2.工作时间：7.5小时/天，

上午： 9 :00-12:00

下午：13:30-18:00

周末大小周制度，小周5.5天。

3.公司会定期组织各种活动，会餐，派发节日礼品等等。
