岗位职责：

1、华为园区内楼栋会议室管理，及客户沟通；

2、园区内区域范围设施设备管理、客诉服务处理；

2、制定团队内部管理制度，监督、检查、指导客服人员工作，定期进行考核；

3、负责园区域内设备及环境安全，各类数据收集汇总和文档维护；

4、与客户、供应商保持良好的关系，定期沟通反馈，使团队提供优质的会议管理和服务；

任职资格：

1.有相关酒店或会议室管理经验，有人员管理经验；

2.有耐心，良好的服务意识，较强的沟通能力；

3.熟悉办公室软件的操作；

工作时间：

5天8小时；
