1.维护大客户良好的客情关系，引导和挖掘客户需求，定制个性化人力资源解决方案；

    

2.收集客户资料并建档定期进行分析、整理，全面管理客户关系；

    

3.具有项目执行经验，有跨部门协作能力；

    

5.工作模式以拜访客户为主，完成销售指标。

    

任职要求：

    

--本科及以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；

    

--具有人力资源行业或互联网行业销售经验者，将优先考虑（诚邀精英加入）；

    

--拥有良好的人际交往、商务谈判和协调能力，注重团队合作，有较强的创新能力和抗压能力；

    

--自信、沟通表达能力突出，具备强的销售意识、学习能力，工作主动，有强烈的上进心和责任心；

    

--擅长面销、PPT方案讲解，能熟练使用Internet及办公软件。
