Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训及资历：

1. Knowledge of customs declaration regulation. 熟悉报关申报知识；

2. Clerical experience；具备文员经验；

3. Good command of computer operation.熟练操作电脑；

4. Familiar with EDI and Chinaport system operation熟练操作EDI和中国电子口岸系统；

5. Knowledge of database. 熟悉数据库管理；

6. Good Communication skill. 良好的沟通技能。

More than one year working experience required.

Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Shipping doc collect and customs data disposal. 船务文件的收集和报关数据的处理;

2. Daily Customs declaration doc preparation; 日常报关申报文件的准备;

3. Customs clearance document archiving; 报关文件的归档；

4. Report and record conduct; .进行报告和记录;

5. Customs document review; 报关单证的复核；

6. Other clerical work; 其它文职工作。
