1、大专以上学历，电子相关专业，2年以上电子工程师工作经验优先考虑；
2、精通Protel等PCB设计软件，能独立完成新品灯具电路设计，能独立制作BOM数据资料；
3、能熟练使用常见仪器设备进行电参数及光参数的测量、分析；熟悉常用电子元器件的特性，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力,

4、熟悉常用LED光源产品的特性，能够迅速做出产品技术资料；
5、熟悉国家相关行业设计规范、标准和要求。

6、较强的责任心，良好的团队协作及沟通能力
