1、20-38岁，自动化中专或以上学历，电子、机械专业；

2、负责LED封装设备的调试、维护和保养、新设备引进验收；

3、有LED封装行业工作经验1年以上，懂固晶、焊线、分光等设备的调试和维护优先；

4、执行能力强，能承受一定的工作压力，懂管理优先考虑。
