岗位职责:
- Cooperate with R&D to test new products and put forward suggestion for optimization
- Repair, commissioning, maintenance and training of robot and application system.
- Installation support on site
- Implement troubleshooting on site
- Implement robot and application system maintenance
- Commissioning and programming
- Communication with customer and handle technology issue
- Good following up service case to end and close it.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through quick effective feedback.
任职资格:
- Educational: College degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , master degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years repair or maintenance experience in related industry area.
- English ：Ability to read, write and analyze the English documents in the related field. Daily work communication in English.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good project management experience.
- Computer software including Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Internet.
