Responsibilities：
Provide customer service to follow-up customer enquiries and issues, resolve problems and complaints from our customers via e-mails, live-chats
Responsible in resolving FAQs on digital platforms (i.e. live chat and social media)
Dispatch client’s requests and feedbacks to respective teams to handle and follow up the process with client’s satisfaction
Handle client enquires and complaints, then summarize the feedbacks to the team for product improvement
Responsible in dealing with operational issues regarding clients’ accounts
Support in paperwork and documentation work
Ad hoc duties as assigned by team manager

Requirements：
Tertiary education in any discipline
1+ years of working experiences in providing customer service, fresh graduate is also considered; working experience with international corporation and financial institutions (such as credit cards, banks) is highly referred
Possesses with problem solving skills, critical thinking and analytical mind
Have the ability to identify customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer-centric with excellent communication
Possesses a can-do attitude, open-minded, eager to learn and develop
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to work in shifts
