工作内容概述：

• 对产品部件.组件制造过程制定操作流程.引进改进方法，通过精益制造持续改进，确保生产顺利进行。

岗位职责：

• 制定产品技术文件如SOP,BOM,FMEA,CP.

• 指导设计和实施制造系统，如时间计算，产能模型，生产线工作设计。

• 评估生产能力，对产品制造方法提出改进建议，如工装夹具，工艺改进和质量控制。

• 研究自动化解决方案和工业4.0等新技术，以改进生产运营。

• 对生产制造过程做详细记录报告，对提升效率和成本降低进行分析。

• 与生产沟通协调，确保EP,FEP,内部外部测试顺利通过，并获得SAS批准。

• 了解生产规律，不定时与主管汇报进度。

任职要求：

• 五年以上制造行业工作经验，三年以上IE工作经验。

• 熟悉塑胶，五金，组装，涂装，针车，印刷等制造工艺。

• 熟悉工装夹具设计，生产及质量控制。

• 熟悉改善工具，对生产流程化布局设计，提高效率降低成本具有丰富经验。

教育及技能要求：

• 高中以上文化.

• 普通话流利.

• 熟悉PRO-E,AUTOCAD,PPT,WORD,Excel.

• 需要有颜色判断能力。
