职位描述
屏通人机为台湾专业生产人机界面、触摸屏、组态软件的外资公司。
FAE主要工作項目準則及工作評估
1.
定時整理經銷商及客戶反應的問題，做成書面報告。
2.
測試本公司所有人機產品及軟體，並對這些產品及軟體功能提出測試報告，並提交研發部門研究改進。
3.
學習熟悉他牌人機產品或圖控軟件，了解對手優缺點，提出建議報告。
4.
能為客戶規劃專案項目，對於搭配HMI周邊如PLC 儀表 網路 伺服器
變頻器 PC BASE有深入技術知識。
5.
提出目前人機應用最新技術，提出書面報告。
6.
擔任說明公司產品性能，軟件詳細功能，並能夠對內部人員及外部客戶進行教育訓練工作。
7.
發佈說明文件及手冊，提供客戶方便收取參考。
FAE工程师须具备以下能力
- 至少2种以上可编程逻辑控制器（Programmable Logic Controller，PLC）的编程能力及经验。
- 对于本公司或其它相关触摸屏及组态软件有编程能力及经验
- 有网页HTML设计能力及技术文件编写能力优先录取
- 能够配合公司要求出差
- 普通话表达能力清晰
- 具备基础英文沟通及书写能力
