职责说明：

1、人事招聘工作，负责应聘人员的预约、接待及面试，负责培训效果的跟进工作，每周、每月定期进行相关数据的统计；

2、员工入转调离及员工五险一金等相关劳动关系手续的办理；

3、公司员工档案的管理的办理；

4、办公用品采购、证照年检、户口办理、员工体检、费用核算等日常行政工作的组织与管理；

5、根据公司发展需要，完成薪酬管理及绩效管理体系；制定绩效及薪资福利相关制度及方案；

6、核算及发放月度工资及年度绩效，并处理薪资、绩效、奖惩方面的投诉；

7、维护整理在职人员考勤、年假、休假等相关人事信息，及时更新员工花名册，并根据员工流动情况及时整理员工登记表等；

8、员工关系维护，团建等活动组织；

9、及时发现公司人事管理方面的问题，给予解决或及时汇报，完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理及相关专业优选；

2、三年以上工作经验，在人员招聘、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力，且有自己擅长的模块领域；

3、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；

4、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识；

5、有强烈的责任感和团队精神，良好执行力及职业素养。
