工作职责：

1.负责天猫店铺日常运作及推广，跟进目标达成销售业绩;

2.熟悉天猫规则及活动报名规则，有成功推广经历，擅长分析各种数据，有打造爆款方法及案例，精通直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客等；

3.有一定的文案经验，能够准确突出产品卖点特色，通过优化详情提高转化率；

4.熟悉后台各种促销活动及店铺策划，提升店铺复购率；

5.能够持续保持店铺更新及销售增长，对发生的问题能及时处理分析原因，找到改善方法进行优化；

6.对负责的产品做出销售计划及库存规划。

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；

2.有天猫相关工作经验者尤佳；

3.良好的团队的合作意识，配合公司安排完成合项工作；

4.能够独立处理紧急店铺问题。

5.具有强烈的责任心与工作激情，较好的沟通能力、协调其它部门。
