岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，电子类理工科相关专业优先，5年以上灯具研发工作经验；

2、熟练使用软件Cdr、AutoCAD、Protel等绘图软件；

3、熟悉照明行业国际标准UL、CE等安规标准优先；

4、对LED相关的电子驱动、光学、热学知识有一定程度的掌握；

5、熟悉一般产品加工工艺。并了解五金材料的特性、表面处理、成型工艺等；

6、熟悉户外照明产品设计，对产品的开发，试产，量产的流程比较熟悉；

7、动手能力强,具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神,良好的沟通和较强的学习能力。

工作职责：

1、参与LED照明灯具技术研发,方案制定。

2、负责LED照明灯具的产品设计，能独立完成新产品的开发设计、工程图纸、成本核算、资料输出等工作；

3、熟悉LED灯具所用常规原材料并有广泛的供应商基础,熟悉沟通流程；

4、负责对项目的进度跟进，报价，样品跟进，确保进度计划有序朝着预定的时间内完成项目的设计工作；
