Job Description

Leadership

• Drive the effort in defining new platforms with application & design teams, establish platform road-maps consistent with corporate market strategy, and select new platforms for development among numerous investment opportunities.
• Establish effective marketing plans and achieve platform performance metrics goals.
• Build cooperative relationships with Global Sales, Manufacturing and Operations, and other Product Divisions.

Solutions Marketing Responsibility

• Maintain the current portfolio of Block Diagrams and develop next generation BD tools.
• Represent Solutions Engineering at various market and sales committees.

New Platform Development

• Identify, recommend and drive new platform development opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, business unit strategy and financial analysis.
• Work with the design centers on resourcing, planning and executing the platform development road-map.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing in creating marketing collateral, such as videos, blogs, press releases, training material, etc required for a platform launch.
• Develop and execute launch plans for new platform introductions.
• Create web landing pages for platform families and individual platforms.    

Portfolio Management

• Manage the life-cycle and revisions of individual platforms.
• Manage platform sales leads and report performance metrics on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

 Market Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in marketing/product management, strategic business planning, and new product development.
• Knowledge of the following market segments, including familiarity with relevant applications and key customers: Automotive, IoT and Industrial Power.
• Proven success in marketing, new product development, and product & technology management.
• Proven experience working with customers on design, business strategy, and product road-maps.

Requirements:

• Possess 1-4 years of demonstrated success in the semiconductor industry in similar positions.
• Candidates should have product management background and experience collaborating with a team of product and application professionals. The candidate must demonstrate good business sense, critical thinking skills, outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Candidate is expected to support and/or present at various meetings and trainings, therefore candidate needs to have strong communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business. BSEE preferred. 
• 10-20% travel required
