Responsibilities:

·        Participate in system design, development, testing and implementation of company’s next generation cloud based HRMS platform.

·        Ensure system performance and coding quality meeting latest standard

·        Develop and bring new development tools including IDE, SVN, Code Repository to achieve a full DevOps environment.

·        Explore new technologies especially open-source, new development tools, new algorithmic code where they can be possibly brought into the team.

·        Produce code from ground up that utilize cutting-edge techniques that are portable to different platform and devices.

·        Work with product teams across multiple sites.

Requirements:

·        Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

·        Experienced in IT industry, preferably in software vendor or system integrator

·        Hands-on experience on the any of the following:

o   .NET (C#/VB/ ASP.NET)

o   J2EE

o   HTML5 and/or Javascript (Jquery, AngularJS/NodeJS/VueJS)

o   RDMBS (MSSQL is a plus)

·        Knowledge in mobile technology and programming is a plus

·        Candidate with innovative development, R&D experience is a plus

岗位职责

·        参与下一代云架构HRMS的需求调研、分析、设计、开发与测试；

·        理解和分析市场及客户的业务需求，确定产品的技术架构和技术路线；

·        按照产品规范撰写各阶段技术文档；

·        计划并安排开发工作，执行单元测试；

·        与质量工程师紧密合作，达到软件开发高水准的质量要求；

·        按时保质保量完成领导交予的任务。

任职资格

·        有较好的沟通能力，有较强的学习能力和钻研精神，具备独立完成工作的能力，具有团队精神和高度的责任心；

·        有基於.NET（C#）实际开发经验，具有专案实战案例；

·        具备以下工作经验者优先:

o   HTML5 and/or Javascript (Jquery, AngularJS/NodeJS/VueJS)

o   MSSQL

o   J2EE

·        有多层架构的开发经验，有良好的设计思路和程式设计习惯，熟悉软体发展流程、设计模式、体系结构；

·        有人力资源软件研发工作经验者优先。
