Roles：

Project Manager         

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage high quality projects, on time & under budget with a customer focused attitude
• Manage business requirements from all applicable business departments and work with the project team to prioritize work requested and drive project to completion

• Manage user expectations, change of scope on projects deliverables and resolve/escalate any issues as required with a customer focused attitude

• Manage project timelines and validates project deliverables with the project team, vendors and contractors to meet business objectives
• Manage the project documentation and communications to the project team and business departments
• Manage the project cost and the payment schedule with vendor
• Follow Sands China Limited IT Project Management methodology
• Report to Sands China Limited IT PMO
• Provide project status reports, meeting minutes, business requirement documents and other project artifacts in accordance with the Project Management Standards
• Communicates project status, issues and risks etc. to Customer’s management timely and professionally in accordance with the Project Management Standards
• Manages user expectation and resolves any project issues as required
• Identification and mitigation of project risks
• Interface with supplier(s) and performs vendor management
• Provides project summary to Customer’s management regularly

Service Charges

• Expenses for travel and living would be inclusive in the charges

• Chargeable work day should exclude any Macao mandatory holidays, sick leaves, personal leaves, typhoon/black rain arrangement and personal leaves away from client office. No paid annual leave or sick leave to contractor. We only pay for days which the PM works
• All chargeable time will be subject to the acceptance of Company with timesheet confirmation
• No Over Time Charge and expense

Both parties shall provide 1 month advance notice before terminate the contract.

Payment Terms

• Payments will be invoiced on a monthly basis
• Invoice should be submitted on the first week of every month with approved timesheet
• Unit Price by Day and monthly payment is referring to the timesheet approved by VML
• The appointed Contractor’s employee shall have the obligation to follow the Normal Work Hours. The Company reserves its right of deducting Manday Rate per day per the Contractor’s employee services as the penalty to the Contractor when the occurrence meets or exceeds the following criteria:

• Being late to start working after 30 minutes during either morning or afternoon period.
• Request to leave earlier more than 30 minutes during either morning or afternoon period.
• Absent without notice and approval.

The Company reserves the right to request immediate replacement of appointed Contractor’s employee during the service period with justified reasons which include, but not limited to, i) violated any policy of the Company, ii) unable to perform the Company’ requirements or deliver satisfied outcomes, and iii) absence more than 3 working days without prior consensus by the Company. The Contractor shall provide qualified replacement so as not to affect the schedule of the project execution. No overtime or extra charge from the Contractor shall be billed to the Company for catching up the project progress.

Out of scope services

To be handled and agreed by change request if required    

Normal Working Hours      

In general, 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluded Macao mandatory holidays. As project activities demanded, project manager will be required to work during other timeframe.
