客户总监 Account Director – PR&Influence

Responsibilities

1. Key client contact window, set and manage client expectations and satisfactions;

2. Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and timelines;

3. Responsible for overall development of programs based on team input;

4. Direct development of range of materials developed by account team including client memos, press releases, speeches, articles, brochures, presentation and collateral materials;

5. Efficiently and effectively plan and manage large-scale events;

6. Develop and guide media relations strategy;

7. Apply specialized industry expertise to client work;

8. Manage staffs to maximize productivity and individual, team and financial performance.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications in a related discipline;

2. A minimum of 7 years' experience in PR, preferably in global PR agencies;

3. Track records in managing multiple accounts, budgets and programs independently;

4. Ability to develop presentation credentials and project proposals, contributing strategic thinking;

5. Proactive attitude with passion and responsibility for developing business;

6. Proven capacity in project control and leadership.
