Place Design Group is looking for a Project Manager for its SZ office. In this position you will work closely with Senior Project Managers as well as the Project Director and play a key role in the whole project process. Working under supervision you will develop management skills to ensure the design team can realize high quality results within allocated times. The candidate will be organized and self-motivated and have a strong ability to problem solve. They will have a high awareness of responsibility and customer focus. The candidate should have a strong passion for landscape architecture and would like to further develop in this industry.

Job Description:

Play the key production role in delivery of Concept Designs to Design Development, and/or Working Drawing documentation within requested timeframe;

负责方案、扩初及施工图设计，确保每个阶段的设计成果依照要求的时间节点提交；

Co-ordinate with Clients, other consultants and builders in a professional manner for projects under your management, including verbal and written communication with all relevant groups, attending coordination meetings and site review as per client’s requests, in order to provide best solutions for technical conflicts with other disciplines and ensure high quality implementation for landscape works.

负责与项目甲方、其他外部专业顾问和施工方的口头及书面联络沟通和协调工作，根据甲方要求出席协调会和项目监造，确保各专业技术矛盾问题的最合理解决，以及项目高质量的实施。

Requirement:

A Bachelor or above holder in Landscape Architecture or relevant majors, over 5 years working experience and over 1 year’s project management and team management experience;

景观设计相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，1年以上管理项目及团队经验；

Have technical abilities to deliver Design Concept, Design Development and Documentation works independently;

具备独立管理及执行方案、扩初及施工图等各阶段设计工作的专业能力；

Have professional knowledge and technical skills, and the ability to provide Design and Documentation directives to junior staff and to train staff to meet Place Design Group and Documentation Standards;

具备深厚的专业知识和技能，可指导和培训初级员工进行项目设计及绘图；培训初级员工，使其符合普利斯设计集团设计要求及绘图标准；

Familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, SketchUp, Lumion;

熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、InDesign、PowerPoint、SketchUp、Lumion等设计软件；

Good command of English is preferred.

具备基本英语听、说、读、写能力。
