   1. Work with internal project team and customer team to introduce new product from prototype to mass production. 

   2. Maintain existing production and optimize equipment for better efficiency,quality & delivery.

   3. Identify and evaluate key performance indicators to monitor ， Use findings to initiate process improvement that support goals

   4.  Create (PLC  LabVIEW 2017 /8.5 ) Programmable Logic Control program.

   5. This position closely with the supplier Engineering team to integrate control solutions.

   6.Good communication skill.

   7. Prepare schematics and specifications for material handling systems control. Ability to develop electrical and controls   diagram.   

任职资格：

 1. System knowledge of  lean tools or conceptual design.

 2. Strong project management skill  Create (PLC  LabVIEW 8.5 ) Programmable Logic Control program. 

 3.  Understanding of Home Appliance/electronics device manufacturing process.  

 4. Good communication and   influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi task and   perform well under pressure.
