岗位职责

• 根据客户需求，沟通客户方案及标准
• 向OEM供应商提供PCBA布局及原理图设计
• 审核供应商的图纸设计
• 根据客户标准，制定测试计划
• 提供电子料件的BOM，以便计算成本进行比价
• 跟踪质量验证测试，预测问题风险点，并及时提供解决方案
• 为NPI开发搭建提供现场技术支持
• 了解电池管理系统
• Review customer specification and clarify customer requirement
• Provide PCBA layout and schematic design to OEM supplier
• Review the design from OEM PCBA supplier
• Generate electrical test plan
• Provide the Costed-BOM (Electrical) for comparison in quotation stage
• Track the quality verification test and provide timely potential solution
• Provide onsite engineering support for NPI build
• Understanding of battery management systems
  
  

岗位要求

• 具备良好的英文读写能力
• 熟悉交流及直流家用电器产品的PCBA设计，对电池管理及控制系统有良好的理解能力
• 熟练使用Auto CAD，Altium 或Protal等设计软件
• 大专以上学历，电子工程相关专业
• 5年以上电子产品开发工作经验，具有家用电器，如厨师机，吸尘器，无线产品等经验优先
• College’s degree or above, major in electronic or related
• Over 5 years’ experience in electronic product development in home appliances such as kitchen appliances, floor care and cordless products
• Physical design experience with Auto-cad, Altium or Protal software
• Knowledgeable in both AC and DC product PCBA design with home appliances.
• Strong understand of battery management systems and controls
• With good reading and writing English
