Responsibilities:

1. Prepare/Cross check logistics document with accuracy, as customs clearance document, booking, required by customer with objective of on time transportation.

2. Regular checking with factory & customer nominated forwarder to ensure shipment delivered as schedule.

3. To manage vendor performance and coordinate with the forwarder to ensure the BL / FCR collection within KPI required timeline.

4. To maintain JDE system with accuracy and on time manner.

5. To coordinator within operation department internally about any updates from customer nominated forwarders to ensure all information is updated.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in international trading is preferred.

2. 2-3 years working experience in logistics or Forwarder Company is preferred.

3. Good command of both oral and written English.

4. Responsible, patient and accurate for daily data input.

5. Able to work under pressure and independently, willing to learn and open to change with a team spirit.
