Objective

1. Benchmark reliability testing for PCH product and provide reliability testing solution for team

2. Oversee testing capabilities in testing equipment's include & exclude in house capabilities

3. Client test spec assessment for PCH project when need

Key Accountabilities

1. Assist team to review the client testing requirements

2. Design test plan base on designed structure

3. Provide customized testing to team when needed

4. Assist on failure analysis on product failure

5. Assist team on measurement plan like dimension /parameter

6. Support on environmental & chemical legislation review and promotion of understand those regulations ( REACH, packaging recycling , RoHS2 )

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills

1. Colleague graduate and 5 years' experience on the compliance job

2. CET-6 English and report skills

3. Rich product testing design knowledge

Knowledge & Experiences

1. Product Reliability knowledge like ALT /HASS

2. Familiar about product life predict standard, for example MIL-HDBK-217E, FIDES , etc.

3. Familiar reliability predict software tools not limited Minitab, able to predict MTBF by using various solution

4. Familiar international & national reliability standard in UL, ASTM, GB standard families

5. Knowledge of safety standard /EMS standard, experience in UL/CE and other product certification experience

6. Knowledge of environmental test (REACH, ROHS) will be a plus

7. Experience in GD&T and dimension measurement will be a plus

8. Experience work in a CNAS certified lab is preferred

9. Knowledge of environmental substances regulation
