Job Description:

·         Manage all HZO China companies purchasing invoice, liaise with HZO China finance AP team to manage purchasing AP.

·         Monitor aging PO and aging AP, drive related specialist or dept to correct or improve the ERP data input or improve over due delivery or payment.

·         Monitor material usage and inventory turn over rate. Provide data for related specialist to mitigate supply risk and improve inventory rationality.

·         Help management team to keep tracking the SCM team KPI and drive continuous improvement.

·         SCM documentation center, including the company system document, supplier contract, buy off report, and other necessary documentation.

·         Organize and run ERP reporting regularly to internal team for status report or improvement.

·         Support HZO SZ SCM Lead work.

·         Coordinate SCM internal team communication and work.

Requirements:

·         Must
1. 2 years hands-on experience in applications support in the area of ERP, Purchasing, Finance. 2. Software/Hardware setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting. 3. Highly motivated, fast learner, energetic, enthusiastic, good team-player and good analytical skill with ability to work independently. 4. Good communication skill and passionate to communicate to others. 5. Proficient in English and Mandarin. 6. Prepare system documentations.

·         Prefer
1. Knowledge on Visual ERP platform. 2. Experience in Supply Chain, Financial, production industry is highly preferred. 3. Working experience in MNC environment. 4. Collect user requirement, perform testing, data migration and review related documentation.
