Location: Shenzhe Warehouse 深圳华南物流中心内

职位描述:
Essential Functions:
Manages daily achievements of Distribution Centre's operation and production goals and anticipates Distribution Centre's operational needs and acts accordingly to ensure all objectives are met;
Assigns, directs and oversees the work of all warehouse related issues, including inbound, stocking, pick & pack, and outbound;
Designs and implements work methods and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency in warehouse processes;
Maintains the quality of on-site processes and daily operations;
Prepares and submits daily/weekly reports;
Constantly optimizes the develops the warehouse routines, procedures and systems to satisfy the company's needs;
Trains new associates and manages warehouse people to achieve their objectives by sharing of workload and making work plan;
Disciplines and investigates operational errors to determine the cause and recommends corrective action where needed;
Monitors staffing and equipment levels to ensure adequate utilization of resources and production line balancing.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications:
4 years university degree is a MUST;
5+ years warehouse management experience, plus 2+ years supervisory experience with hands-on experience in the use of WMS;
Store support experience is preferred;
Excellent English proficiency(speaking, listening, writing)-this position requires direct communication with US headquarters on daily basis;
Detailed knowledge of warehouse structure and operations;
Understanding of export processing and procedures (Chinese port handling, customs clearance regulations, etc.);
Excellent communication and computer skills;
Warehouse management experience in garment is preferred;
Experience in a global logistics company is preferred
