岗位职责：
1. 贯彻执行公司及部门内各项管理规章制度
2. 公司形象维护：定期拜访客户，维护与新老客户之间的合作关系，树立良好公司形象；协调本部配合公司开展品牌宣传及推广活动；
3. 市场开发：组织制定公司市场开发战略并实施，具有独立完成指定营业额工作指标的能力；组织开展业主及潜在客户实地考察项目，开发新客户；
4. 建立市场情报体系：组织收集行业市场信息、国家及地方行业政策信息，开展项目跟踪，建立健全市场情报网络；
5. 投标参与及管理：协调团队组织并落实投标工作，收集整理并存档相关投标项目资料；
6. 商务管理工作：负责向客户进行公司展示、项目中标后的合同洽谈签订等商务工作；
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。


任职要求：
1. 教育要求：大学本科及以上学历；
2. 专业要求：工程技术、工程管理、房地产、市场营销类等相关专业；
3. 经验要求：4年以上本行业或关联行业相关经验；
4. 能力要求：
4.1 熟悉办公软件操作，熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等工作软件；
4.2 尊重学习不同客户企业文化，注重礼仪及形象管理；
4.3 具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力，纪律性强，诚实守信；
4.4 具备良好团队协作意识及能力，主动性强、忠诚度、保密性强；
4.5 性格坚韧，思维敏捷，能够处理较为复杂的利益冲突和突发事件；
4.6 具有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度。
