Analyze, review, inspect, improve and audit all aspects of SSK's operational safety transportation operations, focusing on the prevention of equipment failures and accidents, approval, training and preparation of suppliers contracted by SSK in both normal and emergency situations, while building a culture of safety excellence amongst all stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
? Audit, review and work to improve and/or recommend the termination of SSK contracted suppliers with regards to the preparation and execution of agreed services in such a way as to eliminate accidents, leaks and damages to equipment, improve customer, environment and population safety. Has to work actively with insurance companies for claims.

? Develop, produce and implement division wide safety management plan including but not limited to functional safety training for employees, contractors, suppliers and government affiliated partners, building an identifiable safety brand for the company with all stakeholders.

? Develop, produce and implement China wide emergency response management plan and oversee the creation and execution of the businesses emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications:
? Education
- College / University degree preferred or suitable industry experience.
? Experience
- Extensive background / experience in liquid chemical truckload transportation safety
- General background knowledge of forwarding and shipping industry.
- Certified Safety Training is desired.
? Specific Skills
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be ethical, organized and able to prioritize and set goals.
- Common sense and problem solving skills required.
- Fluent Chinese and English language required.


? Contribute to the success of the business through regular interaction with commercial and operational staff at the inception of new business, carriage of new products and loading or delivery to or from new locations, with the goal to begin new business with excellent safety and develop a high quality execution plan for each new transportation combination.
