Sales Assistant to Sales Department

 

VDE Global Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. (a 100% daughter company of the VDE Testing and Certification Institute) provides independent and high quality testing and inspection services for manufacturers and retailers. With a team of western and local engineers in China we ensure the quality of electronic and mechanical producst for many quality conscious customers worldwide.

  The main purpose of the role is to Support Sales activities related to products in LITE, ITAV, TRON, OFF and SAFE.

   Responsibilities:

  Support Sales department to prepare price calculation application

• Support marketing events like fairs, seminar

• Support for projects communication

• Collect marketing information and competitor information

• Manage the relationship with clients and analysis to keep competitive advantage

• Support Sales department to make effort on regional sales program to reach the sales target

• Provide local marketing situation, support to develop new clients and new business models

• Report market situation to Head of Sales Department and Management

 

Qualifications:

• Successful graduated master or bachelor study

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Friendly, open minded and outgoing personel
• Work experience as Sales assistant or Sales

• Good coordination skills

• Understanding of lab testing requirements and electronic products knowledge would be an advantage

• Team worker and able to communicate efficiently

• Mass client or agent data base of Lighting and Consumer Electronics would be an advantage
