任职要求

1.大专以上学历，电子、机械自动化或工业工程相关等专业;

2.具有3年以上电子制造服务企业SMT工艺工作经验；

3.熟悉SMT工艺及设备的相关知识与技能；

4.具有较强的分析问题，解决问题的能力；沟通协调能力强，团队意识强;

5.无线通讯设备制造经验优先。

 

岗位职责

1.新产品工艺设计评审，工艺研究与设计，试产跟进；量产机型生产跟进，质量异常处理与改善；

2.对客诉异常进行跟进，输出相应的分析改善报告；

3.精通钢网制作、回流焊曲线调试及锡膏控制要求等；

4.新辅料、新工艺、新设备、SMT信息管理软件等的评估、引入与验收；

5.产品工艺文件的评审和编制；

6.生产员工与工艺技术员培训技能提升。
