Job Responsibilities: 

? Lead AI technology innovation, development, reviews and qualifications Work with the product design team for rapid-prototyping, testing and characterizing system performance to meet embedded AI combined with digital signal processing function specifications. 

? Design and architect AI technologies on audio and voice products. 

? Keep track of the latest technological innovations and developments in the platform.

职位要求：

Basic Qualifications: 

? Bachelors and 12+ years experience or Masters with 8+ years experience or PHD with 4+ years experience 

? Experience with AI, DSP and software development in Matlab, VST, C/ C++, Python, Tensorflow 

? Expert in key AI skill sets, such as algorithm development using machine learning, acoustic and voice applications with beamforming, etc. 

? Strong experience on AI, audio and voice algorithm development 

? Strong experience in software development and software process 

? Strong learning capability 

? Skillful on various software engineering tools like Perforce 

? Good communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

? Must be a self-starter and self-motivator who can take initiative and drive to successful conclusion. 

? Must be a team player who can work in multi-culture and multi-time-zone environment
