【Responsibilities】

1. Firmware development for gaming and lifestyle audio products (USB Gaming Headsets, Wireless Gaming Headsets, Bluetooth Headsets, Speakers, and Soundbar, etc.)

2. Work with Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Development, Marketing team to execute the plan driven by the Program Manager and get the product out on time.

3. Work closely with internal Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve highly complex or specialized issues.

4. Effectively manage and communicate with suppliers and ODMs for firmware release and production validation.

5. Travel internationally (mainly Singapore and China) on demand.

【 Required knowledge, skills, and experience 】

1. BS or related degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

2. 5 years of experience in headset or consumer audio industries

3. Proficient in the use of the C language.

4. Working experience with one of followings is required:

（1）Firmware development for audio products.

（2）Wireless communication (Bluetooth, 2.4G, …), USB audio is big plus.

（3）Audio codec driver development.

5. Working experience with followings is plus:

（1）Audio/voice signal processing algorithm (E.g. echo cancelation, noise suppression, beamforming, adaptive filter processing, …)

（2）Acoustic fundamentals (ITU-T, 3GPP, …)

（3）Acoustic/audio measurement methods and instrument.

6. An ability and willingness to juggle multiple assignments, adapt to fast-changing circumstances, and do what it takes to get the job done.

7. Collaborate and communicate with geographically distributed engineers.

8. Interface with factory engineers.

9. Quickly learn new solutions and technology for various audio products.

【Work Time】

1. 朝九晚六，弹性半个小时，提供免费午餐。
