任职要求：

1、电子相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，熟悉电子产品测试方法和过程；

2、具备5年以上测试经验，2年以上测试团队管理经验；

3、熟悉产品的软硬件测试工作，有较强的分析与解决问题能力；

4、有编写软硬件测试计划、测试方案、测试用例、测试总结工作的能力；

5、有良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；

6、熟悉ISO9001 质量体系；

7、有项目管理经验尤佳。

任职职责：

1、负责产品测试团队管理工作，合理制定测试工作计划和不同项目间的人力统筹分配管理；

2、同研发部，产品部，客服部，生产部等部门的人员沟通，协作，共同完成公司项目的开发并导入量产；

3、带领团队内的测试工程师，执行测试计划，,负责跟踪并督促测试计划的实施，协助测试工程师完成产品的测试工作；

4、负责测试用例质量，开发高效的测试用例，维护测试流程，统计和分析测试结果，提高测试效率和质量，对产品的检测质量把关；

5、对所负责团队内的人员进行绩效考核管理，培养团队成员成长；

6、对部门输出的文档的质量把关，文档资料及验证测试报告等符合客户及ISO的要求；

7、对客服部、生产部、项目部给予技术支持，完善产品软硬件版本的管理；

8、参与内部质量审核及其他与质量有关的活动；

9、保证部门质量目标的实现并不断改进；

10、保证部门的6S与安全；

11、完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务；

12、对公司的技术资料有保密的义务。
