Overview：

The Web master will be responsible to manage, optimize, and improve MPS China website content according to business requirements from various stakeholders. This role will contribute to strategic digital web related new projects (e.g. SEO/SEM, Ecommerce) to optimize web operating model, increase the quantity and quality of traffic to China website. Besides, you will be required to develop a detailed understanding of MPS business in the field of digital tools, online campaigns and after events report analysis to improve web practice and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement MPS China digital web strategy:
• manage day-to-day web content update request, including creating of new web pages, updating of web pages, performing of web activities like uploading of datasheet, application note, reference design, banners, videos, newly released products, etc.
• Ensure content update request is performed in timely and best practices manner.
• Update and optimize MPS China website content and update process;
• Cooperate with other marketing/marcom team members to make sure web content is ready before each online/offline promotion campaign;
• Assist SEO/SEM projects in China to increase the quality and quantity traffic to MPS website;
• Execute B2B e-commerce marketing plans to increase and maintain contact with customers through online stores;
• Track and fully document functional and marketing specifications related to digital projects;
• Regular review and improve web related KPI, strong ability to analyze data and optimize according to data;
• Analyze the feasibility of and develop requirements for, new systems, and enhancements to existing systems, ensure the system design fits the needs of the users and technical constraints;
• Act as a liaison between web technical stakeholders and marketing team to design, ensure optimal operation performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, ecommerce, marketing or electronic engineering related majors
• 2-3 years of working experience, semiconductor or B2B industry preferred
• Knowledge on web page development and good understanding of SEO/SEM principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, ability to interact with various kinds of stakeholders in different countries and groups
• Highly self-driven, detail oriented, team player
• Strong skills in number analysis and problem solving
