1. In co-operation with the sales team, provide effective technical support to the sales team and customers, around the key areas of, but not limited to：(70%)

·       Nutritional formulation and Diamond V farm Audits

·       Farm management advice, technical training and trouble shooting

·       Technical training of the sales teams and distributors

·       Product support at customer level

与销售团队协作，为销售团队和客户提供有效的技术支持。关键的领域有，但不局限于：(70%)

·       营养配方服务，达农威的审计程序服务

·       牧场管理建议，牧场技术培训，提供问题解决方案

2.       Communicate information on technical solutions, products, market needs and trends, et al., effectively both orally as well as in written format to stake holders (ie. sales people, distributors, customers or colleagues) (20%)

口头上以及正式的书面形式，与客户，销售团队，经销商以及部门同事进行有效的交流沟通，针对技术解决方案，产品应用方案，市场需求和行情变化等等 (20%)

 

3.       Provide technical and product marketing presentations to farms & feed mills in the regional and national seminar. (5%)

在地区性的以及全国的研讨会上，做关于技术和产品推广的报告 (5%)

 

4.       Any other duties as assigned (5%)

Minimum Required Qualifications最低要求

  ·       Bachelor/Master degree in Animal Science／Animal Nutrition／Veterinary Medicine – Focus in Dairy 本科／硕士学位，动物科学／动物营养／兽医专业，着重于奶牛方向   ·       Excellent technical know-how on dairy nutrition and management 在奶牛营养和管理方面有较好的技术水平   ·       Excellent communication & presentation skills 有较好的沟通和做报告的技巧   ·       Willing to travel often within China 愿意在中国各地经常出差   ·       Being familiar with feed formulation and feed ingredient/additive 对饲料原料添加剂以及奶牛的饲料配方，都比较熟悉   ·       Proficient in computer application 熟练使用电脑以及相关软件

 

 

Preferred Qualifications更合适的要求

 

·       Preferably a PhD degree in Animal Nutrition／Veterinary Medicine – Focus in Dairy 博士学位，奶牛营养／兽医专业

 

·       Preferably at least 3-year technical experience in the field of dairy or in feed mills/dairy farms  至少3[AY1] 年相关工作经验，在奶牛领域的技术服务工作，或者奶牛场／饲料厂

 

·       Preferably good experience of working and dealing with relevant stakeholders such as the customers, commercial team, business partners  有较好的工作经验处理与客户，销售团队，以及合作伙伴的关系
