  §  Purpose of the Position  

• To lead the projects assigned. Be responsible to ensure the best technical solutions are delivered that fulfil KLI targets on consolidated profitability, customer satisfaction, high quality & reliability, on-time delivery.

  

 

  §  Main Tasks  

• Leading teams assigned to the projects and acting as the main contact window.

• Establish and manage project plans.

• Handing change requests during project implementation, both internal and from customer.

• Communicating project progress both internally and externally in a timely manner.

• Monitoring project progress according to the project plan, hold regular meetings with project team, deal with open issues, make improvements, so as to reach project goals.

• Ensuring the customer requirements are met and that Final Acceptance is achieved.

            

• Encourage project team to do pre-studies, lesson learn and accumulate best practice to achieve better results.

• Support proposal team and sales team during quotation phase.

  §  Requirements Profile  

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3-5 years project management relevant work experience and good technical know-how in the field of non-standard automation.

• Experienced in managing the budget for projects.

• Willingness to travel

• Languages: CN/E
