ACROSS LOGISTICS SHENZHEN BRANCH is located in SHENZHEN.

We are warm company with good team.

We are looking for 2 operations to support sales.

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree with International Trade background or Logistics background preferred

2. No experience or graduating student is OK.

3. Good English is require, for both speaking and writing.

4. Wiiling to grow as professional logistics operations and look as a long term job.

5. Willing to work as a team

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for issuing booking,

updating data into system, customer enquiry and order follow up.

2. Handle air freight & sea freight

free hand inbound, outbound and cross-trade shipments for both imports and

exports, both air and sea.

3. Check & obtain sailing schedule / flight details / Transit time and keep updating shipments details &

status to concerned customers & overseas parties.

4. Coordinate with shipper for any BL amendment.

5. Sending pre-alert for shipment and cooperating with operator for daily shipment handling.

6. Update all information in the system for tracking our clients shipments.

7. Support Operations Manager
