职位描述
Position: Assist Project Manager
Job duties:
- assist Project Manager to manage the e-commerce project
- follow up with the project schedule, testing and deployment
- identify the risk and problem of the project
- be the bridge between customer and internal development team
- communicate with customer for the business requirement/workflow
- communicate with internal development team to estimate the feasibility and times for the development
- provide advise to the customer for e-commerce operation
- provide advise to customer for UX and workflow
Requirements
- good in written english and oral cantonese are preferred
- understand the e-commerce industry and workflow
- logical thinking
- details minded
- self driven
- good communication skill
职责：
1:作为客户和内部开发团队的桥梁
2.协助推动团队日常执行工作，组织常规会议，参与项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，确保项目按计划完成；
3. 负责发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。
4:负责推广项目流程规范，确保项目有序推进；
5:负责整理团队文档
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上，有项目管理工作，电子商务经验为佳，男女不限；
2. 熟练使用EXCEL、PowerPoint，等办公软件及Gantt chart, MS Project等项目管理工具；
3. 有良好的服务意识，有耐心及责任心，有团队合作精神，沟通能力良好；
4. 善于进行信息收集和整理，能根据用户需求进行归纳，做好案例总结；
5. 有较好的逻辑思维；
6. 拥有PMP证书优先。
7. 良好英语粤语
